CEO and Chief ABLE Guy: Jon Samsel
Heardable's CEO, Jon Samsel, is a
successful entrepreneur and Internet marketing executive with two decades of
experience working with leading brands, including Apple, Bank of America,
Countrywide, and Ford. Most recently, Jon served as Senior Vice President of
Digital Marketing for Bank of America. Prior to Bank of America, Jon was
Founder and Managing Director of RoadLoans.com, which became a
highly-successful, direct-to-consumer online finance division of Ford Motor
Company, and he was a Senior eCommerce Consultant for Cognitiative, with
client brands that included Cisco, Sun, Oracle, PreviewTravel, Saratoga
Systems and Personic. Prior to working at Cognitiative, Jon led the design
and production of numerous projects for Apple's Worldwide Developer Program.
Jon holds a B.A. from California State University, Fullerton, and is a
published author, blogger, speaker, and instructor at UCLA and UC Irvine.

John Sharp is a veteran entrepreneur and angel investor, and the founder
of the fast-growing social finance network DealHorizon.com, a Content & Systems
company. In addition to his work in corporate strategy, John is an inventor and
co-author of several technology patents, including three patents related to SafeCentral, an
advanced secure web browsing and secure DNS networking technology, co-founder and
Chairman of security software innovator Authentium, Inc, a director of mobile payment
technology leader Mozido, and an adviser and angel investor in several other
early-stage start-ups, including LenderExchange.com.
John has worked with international telecommunications, aerospace, media and technology companies
on five continents, including Alcatel, British Aerospace, British Telecom, Comcast,
Cox, CyberDefender, Earthlink, ESA, Gateway Communications, Google, IAC, IBM, Microsoft,
Muvee, Naspers, Qwest, Sony, Telstra, Vodacomm and Worldspace. He has acted as a program supervisor for development projects
for the National Computer Board of Singapore and the Singapore University technology
annex, A*Star. While in Singapore, he conceived and produced the best-selling
Heart of Asia digital music anthology - a post-production library staple for over a decade.

Gunther Sonnenfeld is a co-founder and Strategic Adviser to Heardable, Inc. Gunther
is a Digital Brand Strategist & Social Technologist with 15 years of Fortune
500 and global non-profit experience; he has developed multi-channel
campaigns, information systems and product launches for the likes of Skype,
Adobe, Kraft, Roll International, Motorola, Safeway, Sony, Toyota, the NBA,
The PGA TOUR and WB Music; his cause-related work includes initiatives for
groups such as the NRDC, The Annenberg Foundation and the American Cancer
Society. As a technologist, he has helped architect community websites,
mobile storefronts, software applications, search platforms, ad targeting
tools and social media platforms. As a consultant, he frequently advises
investment banks, private equity firms and venture capital groups on new
media and technology trends.
Gunther is a regular contributor to leading industry publications such as
iMedia Connection, a published author and a public speaker; his most recent
appearance includes Gulltaggen, where he keynoted on brand and media theory
alongside the likes of Sir Richard Branson, Guy Kawasaki and Mitch Joel. On
a quarterly basis, Gunther serves as an adjunct professor at CP+B's
prestigious Miami Ad School | School of Pop Culture Engineering, where he
teaches a range of subjects from communications planning to experience
design and narrative development. Gunther is also an award-winning
documentarian, and took top honors at X-Dance in 2006 for his work on FLOW,
a 35-year historical perspective on one of world's most successful action
sports brands, Channel Islands Surfboards, now owned by Burton
International.
